Does EgyGomla sell products directly?
No. The platform brings products, quotes and conversations into one place. For now, order payments are not made through the platform: price, payment and delivery are agreed directly between you and the supplier.
Do I pay to request a quote?
No. Sending a request for a quote and comparing replies is free. Buyers pay no fees.
What does «Verified» mean exactly?
We review a supplier's evidence before the verification badge appears. Documents and their numbers are never shown publicly, and a supplier cannot buy the badge. The badge is not a guarantee of product quality or order fulfilment.
Can I request a quote from a supplier who isn't verified?
Yes. You can view their profile and send a request for a quote as usual. No badge means not reviewed yet, not rejected.
Does EgyGomla handle shipping?
Not at the moment. Automated shipping isn't available yet, so delivery is agreed directly with the supplier. We'll say so clearly when any new service actually goes live.
