Account and company profile

• Register your company with accurate, current details, and update the profile when anything changes.
• Only your governorate is shown to visitors; your detailed address stays private.
• Manage your team members' permissions from the account, and never share sign-in details.

Products and prices

• List real products that you have, with actual photos of that product.
• Describe options (such as colours and sizes), minimum order quantity and prices accurately.
• Uploaded photos pass an automatic safety scan before visitors see them.
• Do not list prohibited products; see the prohibited products policy.

Dealing with traders

• Answer quote requests and messages clearly.
• Keep to the quote the trader accepts: price, quantity, dates, and delivery and return terms.
• Use the order conversation, and never ask a trader for passwords or sign-in codes.

Verification

The verification badge is optional, appears after your company's documents are reviewed, and cannot be bought. See the verification policy for details.

Violations

After reviewing reports, the platform may hide a product or suspend an account for misleading details, prohibited products or abuse of other users.
