Accounts and eligibility

• Buyer and supplier account registration is free. You must provide accurate, current information and protect your sign-in details.
• Organisation accounts use member permissions. You must not use another person's account or share sign-in codes.

Profiles, products and verification

• Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their organisation, product, price and stated-term information.
• The verification badge appears after evidence review. It cannot be bought and does not guarantee product quality or order fulfilment.
• Verification documents and full official numbers remain private and are not shown publicly.

Quote requests and commercial orders

• Quote requests, quotes and commercial orders coordinate the parties. Details become binding only under the version both parties accept.
• Messages and files must relate to the transaction and must not contain misleading, unlawful or harmful material.

Payments and shipping

Payment and delivery are currently agreed directly between buyer and supplier. EgyGomla does not receive the value of the goods and does not guarantee refunds, quality or delivery.

Future integration is planned through external payment gateways and carriers, with more than one provider supported once activated. Paymob and Bosta appear in technical preparation as test examples only, not as current partners. No integrated collection or shipping service will be announced before contracting, testing and activation are complete.

Platform availability and changes

Features may change or pause for operational or security reasons. Any new fee or service term will be shown clearly before it applies to the user concerned.
