Prohibited products policy
Products that the law forbids or that harm users may not be listed. This page gives common examples and explains how to report a product.

Products that may not be listed
- Any product whose sale or trade is prohibited by Egyptian law.
- Counterfeit products, or products that infringe trademarks or intellectual property.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their components.
- Narcotics and psychoactive substances.
- Medicines and preparations that require a licence, when listed without it.
- Stolen goods or goods of unknown origin.
- Recalled products, or products that are unsafe for users.
- Offensive products or content, or content inciting hatred.
Products with special requirements
Some products need licences or special requirements, such as food, cosmetics and electrical appliances. The supplier is responsible for meeting them before listing the product.
Photos and descriptions
- Use real photos of the product itself, never misleading photos or photos of another product.
- Write an accurate description that does not exaggerate specifications or certifications.
Reporting and action
If you see a prohibited product, contact support with the product link and the reason. Our team reviews reports, and a prohibited product may be hidden or the supplier's account suspended.
