Payment policy
Today, payment happens directly between buyer and supplier. EgyGomla does not receive or hold the value of the goods.

How payment works today
Buyer and supplier agree on the payment method and timing, such as a bank transfer or cash on delivery, in the accepted quote or commercial order. The payment is made directly between them.
EgyGomla does not collect or hold the value of the goods as an intermediary, and does not guarantee payment or refunds.
Before you pay
- Check the supplier's details and verification status on its profile before transferring.
- Pay only to the account agreed inside the order, and be wary of any sudden request to change payment details.
- Keep proof of payment and upload it in the order's private area when needed.
- Never share card details or verification codes with anyone by phone or WhatsApp.
Platform fees
Creating a buyer or supplier account is free. Any subscription or service fee for suppliers is shown clearly before it applies to that supplier, and the verification badge cannot be bought with any subscription.
Online payment in the future
Integration with licensed payment gateways is part of the platform's plan. We will not announce a collection service before contracting, testing and activation are complete; it will then follow the payment provider's published terms.
Payment questions
If a payment request or a change of account details looks suspicious, contact support before transferring.
